This image is a composite of ten 2x2 binned 200 second exposures for the luminance, and single binned 3x3 RGB exposures of 30 seconds, 36 seconds, and 48 seconds. Taken with the ST-8E and 12" LX200 at f/10. The LRGB frames were each CCDSharp'd then combined into the final image. The surprising blue was compared with the Jack Newton's image on the SEDS site, and found to be close.  Taken at the ARGO site in central Oregon on March 31, 2000.
