The Eskimo is also known as the Clown Face Nebula and NGC 2392. It is a planetary nebula found in Gemini (The Twins). It shines at magnitude 10, and is 0.7' in size.
This shot was taken at f/6.3 with the 12" LX200, AO7, and ST-8E CCD from my home dome in Monmouth Oregon on
March 2, 2002.

A little DDP and gamma stretch was applied. Also some heavy streaks due to a bug in my CCD control SW were removed. The bug has also bug fixed.
